About TKO Parkinson’s

Our best motivator is our family and friends. We do this because you care.

TKO Parkinson’s offers free exercise classes for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s, their families, and care partners. Exercise has proven to slow down the progression of the disease.

We meet in-person on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am in person at the Buechel Park Baptist Church gym, 2403 Hikes Lane, Louisville, KY 40218. We also zoom the in-person classes and an additional session on Friday. These are FREE classes supported by the kind donations and sponsorships during our annual fundraiser. The TKO Festival, is the last Saturday in September, located at Progress Park. All are welcome to watch, participate or volunteer.

We have the BEST Family and Friends support.</p>

Exercise Helps

Battling Parkinson’s with exercise helps mind, body, and soul. Established in 2016, we’re a community driven by a need to help others help themselves with support and a common need to stay active. Contact us to learn more and get involved.

Making A Difference

TKO Parkinson’s is a Louisville-based 501 (c) 3 that provides a 100% free boxing program for people fighting against the progression of Parkinson’s. Our boxing program is an exercise regimen that focuses on symptoms associated with all stages of the disease.  Additionally, it provides camaraderie amongst boxers.
